I asked this on ATVscene and didn't get any answers so I figured I'd ask here too.
I just got a Hybrid that is 250R geometry. It has LSR T-pin spindles on it and LSR told me they discontinued the T-pin spindles. So, when these break/wear out I'll have to get something else. I've always wanted a Pro Traxx so I was thinking of trying to find a used one when the time comes. My question is, what length shock does a +2 or +3 Pro Traxx use? I was told by a guy with a +3 Pro Traxx (HOLMAN) that his shocks are 19 inches from eye to eye. I've also heard sombody say that theirs are 18 inches with the quad sitting on the ground. Mine are 18.5 eye to eye, with the front tires off the ground. Could I get by with these on a Pro Traxx or would I need new shocks? Thanks for any help.

Hey, i have had a couple laeger's and a houser with Pro trax front ends. I know the laegers quad ran a little longer than 19 inch. The houser chasis are a little different though. Its 250r style, but uses 400ex a arms, so that might of had something to do with it. I found this on the web, hopefully it might: www.laegerracing.com/faq_frameset.htmJustin

Yeah, that was the only thing I was able to find. I just wonder if it would matter if they were a 1/2" or so short? I know some folks that have run 18.5" on LSR arms for a YFZ and some that have run 18.25 with the same bike and a arms. Thanks though Justin!!
Any other info?

No problem. I dont see were it would cause a huge issue if they are just a little shorter. I could be wrong though. Might have a problem setting your ride height though. Ill see if i can find any more info to help you out.
