looking for a complete exhaust or silencer and mid pipe for my 426 in a JRD frame. I don't know if a pipe from any hybrid quad with a Yamaha motor will work, But know I have a stock head pipe with the JRD silencer and mid pipe. I want to run nationals and the JRD pipe is to loud for tech. Any info or if someone has a pipe for sale that would be great.

I know it's probably not want you want to hear, but you might be able to call Curtis Sparks Racing and they might be able to make you one. My LSR/CRF had a home made pipe on it, so I called Sparks and they made me one. I don't know if they have a jig for a JRD/YZ426, all I know is they didn't ask me for any measurments or anything. When I told them I had a LSR frame and a CRF motor they said "OK, we'll call you when it's finished."
Other than that, I guess just keep your eyes peeled on forums and Ebay for somebody selling a used one.

going through the same problem, my jrd 426 makes my ears ring. shoot me some pics of yours, i like to see what other jrd's are out there. funny thing is, jrd told me that the 426 i had was the only one they made! bdzierzek@hvc.rr.com  |
