I think I'll like it too when I get the bugs worked out. Other than the B.S. with the kick start shaft I was talking about on yfzcentral, today it jumped time or something. I'm starting to get pissed, since I got the thing I probably haven't rode it for a total of an hour and it's broke on me twice already. I knew I should have bought Jay Holman's hybrid.

It ain't really that bad, I just really wanted yours worse. LOL, if that makes any sense. The ONLY reason I went with this one over yours is because the guy wanted to trade for a production bike and I was afraid that I would have a hard time selling mine and by the time I did, yours would be gone. But, when I got it I couldn't get it to crank. My mechanic said the valves were way off so he fixed them. Then the kicker extension shaft broke cause instead of doing it right, they just rigged something up. Got the parts for that and will probably put them on this week. So, I went to the track to ride today and I think it jumped time. So, I think I'm gonna just go ahead and put the 490 cc kit on it while I'm at it this time.

damn, Pull your chain tentioner? out and see if your timing chain is stretched, if it is then it prolly did jump time. i had a buddys trx do that at the track last week, was an easy fix just replace the timing chain, I think its like 30 bucks

Yeah, we're gonna check it over real good this time. I replaced the timing chain on my YFZ when I put the WR crank and piston in it. Seems like I remember it only being like $20-$30 so you're probably right.
