I love the protrax, I switched from houser, The best part is how easily it turns all the time!! My houser would get stiff, with different conditions. You just keep the protrax pumped full of grease and its smooth. I think its partially what makes my quad what it is, and I couldn't be happier!

I saw on some website, I think atvscene, where some guy was able to cross reference all the bearings so you could get everything you need from a bearing warehouse. If it was the guy I am thinking it was, I PMed him to try to get him to join this site but he was leaving for the USMC and said he didn't know how much time he'd have for the internet. Maybe he'll join up soon.

That was actually me that can get the bearings, if you need any of them just let me know, I can get them no problem, much cheaper then laeger wants also. I can also rebuild tpin spindals if you don't want to get in to them, or don't have the proper tools.

Cool, I'm sure there's a couple guys on here that will appreciate that. I don't have a pro traxx though, I've got LSR t pin spindles.

VERY NICE! How's you mount the exhaust? Is that a bike exhaust?

Yes, please tell us about the exhaust. I need something that will pass the worcs sound check next year. Currently I'm at 107db but I can get it down to 104db with an endcap and five discs. I need to get to 96db which is about half as loud as it currently is.

That yoshi exhaust is from a yfz450, It fit pretty well but the exhaust on a yfz is angled upward so I cut the midpipe portion around the bend area and rotated it downward. Just took an angled sliver out of it. xrxmxcr has that pipe now its on his houser bike shoot him a pm I'm sure he'll take some pics for you. I've done both (converted a bike exhaust and done the yfz) Neither are really that tuff. A curtis sparks exhaust from a yfz is damn near a perfect fit though.
