Im going to have my frame gusseted. I was thinking of adding a gesset to every spot on the frame that is in the shape of a triangle but that would be alot of gusseting.
Can any one show me where to guesset.
Also does the gusset need to be flush or could i just make all the gussets in a bannana shape?
Any pics of were i should gusset on the ex frame?

You really have to watch gusseting. In most cases it can help with stress points on a chassis, But it can also weaken certain points also.
I would have the frame stripped and go over it and address any cracks. BUT the number one cause that most people dont realize that causes cracks on the chassis is vibration and loose nuts/bolts. You should go over you motor mounts and head stay every ride. Make sure the bolts are tight and mounts/stay is not cracked. Most of the time the motor mounts or head stay will crack and will lead to stress/cracks on the frame.
As for cracks on the suspension mounting locations. Make sure that all bearings and pivot points are working correctly. And make sure your suspension is set right for you.
With all that in mind i think you will be just fine with only having to add a gusset here or there to repair any previous damage.
