alright im new here,
so i have a rolling chasis 400ex frame that was gusseted, roll design a-arms, lsr swingarm, durablue axle, axis longtravel shocks all around, oversize aluminum oil tank,
then,
i have a yfz motor than i recently blew the crank on it, with no frame since i sold it, i just ordered hotrods wr crank and big bore athena kit wr, with kibble white valves and springs set, i also have a set of brand new yfz plastics, seat, radiator, air box, and i have a brand new yosh rs-7 full exhaust pipe.
so i am planning on making this hybrid using the yfz450 motor beefed up to a true 480 since i am using wr crank and piston, an the rest of my yfz parts, i just have not seen an 400ex hybrid with yfz plastics and i would really like to see if anyone has done that and if they have pics. im sure its been done before. i would like maybe some idears for the plastics install and the exhaust im thinking with the exhaust might need some modifing the midpipe but not sure. would appreaciate any feedback thnks. i also considered buying 400 plastics just seems like makes the hybrid build to easy.....
